Oakington
The project involved the development of a village bakery comprising; 1 pair of semi-detached 3-storey town houses & the conversion of the shop/dwelling into three 3-storey town houses.
The original site consisted of a Victorian detached house converted over time to comprise the owners living accommodation, the shop and the original bakery. As the business progressed production increased & the entire rear yard was taken over & converted with buildings connected to the main house. This increased production area served several nearby village outlets.
The out buildings were demolished to make way for the new houses and their parking & amenity areas.
